Discovering her inspiration through 80s pop acts such as The Cure, Manchester born vocalist Heather Baron-Gracie formed Pale Waves – best described as a taste of The 1975, mixed with that old school pop-synth. The band includes drummer Ciara Doran, bassist Charlie Wood and guitarist Hugo Silvani who were signed by label Dirty Hit in 2017, and are now scheduled to perform at multiple festivals across the Summer. As well as Kendal, you can catch them at Dot to Dot, Community and Reading & Leeds.
