Aussie sibling duo Angus & Julia Stone have released an intoxicating new video for “Nothing Else” from their latest album Snow.  The video features two versions of Julia Stone: the buttoned up, responsible businesswoman and the free-spirited, creative artist.

Julia explains, “It’s about self acceptance and self love. I wanted to make a video that shows an aspect of the relationship we have with ourselves. WATCH :: Blossoms – There’s A Reason Why (I Never Returned Your Calls)

Blossoms have shared a new video for their current single There’s A Reason Why (I Never Returned Your Calls), directed by Masashi Muto. Filmed on the streets of Tokyo, the video was inspired by The Beatles’ A Hard Days Night.

Speaking on the video, the band explain: We took influence from The Beatles A Hard Days Night and tried to capture the camaraderie between us a band of friends. We’ve been to Japan a couple of times and we fell in love with it from the first time we went. When we wanted to make a video overseas somewhere, it was always going to be Tokyo. We loved being chased around the streets and It made five lads from Stockport feel like the Beatles for a day.

WATCH :: Florence + The Machine return with Sky Full Of Song

“This was a song that just fell out of the sky fully formed,” says Florence Welch. “Sometimes when you are performing you get so high, it’s hard to know how to come down. There is this feeling of being cracked open, rushing endlessly outwards and upwards, and wanting somebody to hold you still, bring you back to yourself. It’s an incredible, celestial, but somehow lonely feeling.”

The Record Store Day release of “Sky Full Of Song” will be backed by a recording of “New York poem (for Polly),” taken from Welch’s forthcoming book Useless Magic: a collection of lyrics, artwork and poetry offering a unique, personal insight into her creative process.
