Stormzy confirmed as first Glastonbury 2019 headliner

Stormzy will headline Glastonbury Festival on the Pyramid Stage at Worthy Farm on Friday 28th June 2019. The news emerged after posters were spotted at Oxfam shops across the country.

The rest of the line up is yet to be confirmed although strong rumours suggest The Cure on Saturday night, and Paul McCartney on Sunday. There will be a ticket resale for Glastonbury in April 2019.

Stormzy’s anticipated second studio album is expected early 2019. The Croydon artist’s Glastonbury journey began on the Sonic Stage in 2016 playing to 300/400 people.

Stormzy then made his debut on The Other Stage in 2017, where he played one of his biggest ever shows to one of the largest crowds of the weekend.
