Arctic Monkeys, Jon Hopkins, Caribou & more for Budapest’s Sziget 2022
It is official, Arctic Monkeys will headline Sziget 2022, sparking rumours that studio album number 7 is on its way.
Taking place from 10-15 August 2022, Sziget Festival returns to Budapest following a two-year hiatus. Dua Lipa and Kings of Leon are also set to headline.
Electronic highlights announced so far include Jon Hopkins, Caribou, Jungle, Stromae, Honey Dijon, TSHA, John Talabot, and a club set from Bob Moses.
Other musical highlights for Sziget 2022 include album of the year contender Little Simz, future festival headliner Lola Young, king of dark jams Yung Lean and alt-rockers Black Honey to name a few.
Set in the heart of Budapest on Óbuda Island over 5 days, Sziget is a community built festival and known as the ‘Island of Freedom’. Loads more acts are TBA in the coming months.
