Kano shares self-directed video for new single ‘T-Shirt Weather in the Manor’, filmed in East London

Number one grime artist Kano has shared a video for ‘T-Shirt Weather in the Manor‘, directed by himself. The track is taken from his most important body of work today. Released on 4th March 2016, Kano’s 5th studio album Made In The Manor deserves a Mercury nomination this year.

A song with a refreshingly positive outlook, the video for ‘T-Shirt Weather in the Manor‘ is shot on Manor Road in East London, where Kano grew up. Watch below.

The 15-track album, recorded in London in 2015, is as much a love letter to Kano‘s East End roots, as it is an intimate portrayal of inner city England today.

Kano, who is never anything other than candid, says: This is the most honest I’ve ever been on an album. It’s not that I wasn’t being honest before, it’s just that I wasn’t speaking about things this personal before.
